The beginning of Tapsi's story goes back to February 2014. When Milad Monshipour and Hamid Mihani, two of the country's elites, returned to the government intending to start an internet business, and then together with Houman Demirchi, the third person in the triangle of founders of this company, formed the initial foundations of Tapsi. Next, with the help of a team of ten expert programmers, the design and development of the Tapsi product began. The first version of Tapsi was released in June 2016. During the first release period, the three principal founders of the company provided the required capital. Later, Tapsi grew very fast and could attract the necessary means for its growth in several stages. After going through a period of hard work for growth and development, Tapsi is active in 13 provinces and their subsidiary cities and provides various services to its users.
